Night fall or wet dream is the problem of automatic ejaculation of semen when the person is asleep. Ejaculation is usually accompanied with erotic dreams but sometimes it may be without any dreams. If a person has nocturnal emission twice or thrice in a month, then no treatment is required; but more than this is alarming and treatment is required.
